I just realized something today: it’s been a month and a half since I last enjoyed a cigarette. Sure, I cheated a few times (3 to be exact) but I never really craved a cigarette since I started vaping seriously. And all of those three times, I found it incredibly disgusting (even tho I always liked the taste of cigarettes).
I was burning through a pack a day before I stopped smoking. As of today, that’s more than $400 in savings, and more than 1000 cigarettes that I didn’t smoke. All of that with surprisingly little effort – I tell people that I have no merit, since e-cigarettes made it incredibly easy for me. I mean, the “action” is still there, the nicotine is still there, and I still take smoke breaks. All of that, only without the smoke.
This, for me, is the highlight of 2016. It’s just my opinion – and I’m not an expert – but I believe that it’s the easiest way to quit, as long as you’re using the right equipment.
